After you make your booking, you will receive an email with a pre-appointment information request. This will include completing a new patient form, a detailed 4-day food diary, and a nutritional assessment questionnaire. Your participation in this process ensures our upcoming appointment is tailored to your specific needs.
During the appointment, I take a detailed case history and discuss the information you have provided to fully understand your requirements. This is also when I will introduce an outline of the treatment plan, protocol, and any recommendations, including dietary adjustments or suggestions for functional testing, tailored to your individual requirements.
Consultations are available online and in-person.
Our Rates per Hour
New Patient appointment 60 minutes $195
- Health Plan Presentation consultation 30 minutes $75
New Patient appointment Extended 90 minutes $295
- Health Plan Presentation consultation 30 minutes $75
New Patient appointment – Budget option 60 mins $195
- Basic Health Plan is emailed, requiring you to read in detail, confirm you understand, and agree to action
- This option is not suitable for complex cases requiring in-depth analysis and detailed protocols
Follow up appointments:
- 90 minutes $295
- 60 minutes $195
- 45 minutes $165
- 30 minutes $115
Cost of testing is dependent on the tests required/requested
The new patient process for children is usually managed with a focus on the food diary and nutritional requirements without the completion of the adult nutritional assessment questionnaire.

Payment is to be made at the time of consultation and options available are either cash or bank transfer.
