When we endeavour to restore your health with nutrition and other natural therapies, we are working with the body’s biochemistry. I will help you to make the connection between your day‐to‐day habits around food, drink, sleep, or movement and the symptoms you may be experiencing e.g. fatigue, bloating, gas, diarrhoea, constipation etc.

The most basic, and sometimes most effective therapy is your diet. Nutrition is simply the cornerstone of our health and wellbeing.
We start with you recording everything you ingest, food and drink, over a period of three to five days and then I will analyse this to see what nutrition you are getting and how to tweak this in order for you to gain the maximum nutritional benefit from your daily diet. We work together to adopt basic dietary guidelines which are both simple and effective. Over time we keep fine tuning your dietary intake with your long term goals in view.
I will work with you on how to get the most out of your diet while supporting optimal health. The focus is on five biochemical foundational pillars – digestion, blood sugar regulation, mineral balance, fatty acid balance and hydration – all of which are underpinned by the ultimate foundation, a properly prepared, nutrient dense, whole foods diet.
What does this properly prepared, nutrient dense, whole foods diet look like? It consists of mostly fresh foods transformed in the kitchen into nourishing mouth-watering meals and snacks that are well balanced and easily digested.
We work together to clean up your pantry, fill out your shopping list and prepare your meals thus teaching you how to gain and maintain great health through nutrition.
